Artichoke, spinach, caramelized onion, and roasted garlic in a 3-cheese blend. Baked with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Served with warm pretzels or vegetables.

 

Cucumber Cups

Homemade smoked salmon salad stuffed in English cucumbers. Finished with fish roe.

Mussels

Sautéed mussels, pork sausage, red onion, tomato in a scotch ale mustard seed butter sauce. Served with baked pretzel sticks.

Smoked Pork Belly

Homemade smoked pork belly with a sweet potato puree, tomato bacon jam. Finished with sliced jalapenos.

Angel Hair with Homemade Meat Sauce

Sautéed mushrooms, onions, ground beef in a homemade marinara sauce. Served over angel hair pasta. Finished with parmesan cheese.

Macaroni N Cheese

Sautéed pancetta, mushrooms, red onion, and spinach in a smoked gouda, Gruyere cheese sauce. Baked with cavatappi pasta, parmesan, and breadcrumbs.

Pan seared blackened walleye with a homemade shrimp creole sauce. Served over spring rice.

Pan seared cod, mussels, calamari, shrimp, in a homemade seafood stew. Served with Toast points.

Spring Stir Fry

Pan seared spring vegetables in an Asian chili sauce. Served over rice. Add Chicken, Salmon, or Tofu

Grilled New Zealand Lamb Chops

Grilled New Zealand lamb chops with a white bean, cucumber, tomato, red onion, mint salsa. Finished with a feta, oregano Greek yogurt. Served with couscous.

Sausage Three Way

Grilled Andouille, Kielbasa, and Weisswurst sausage with a homemade cabbage slaw. Finished with a brown mustard sauce. Served over roasted garlic sour cream mashed potatoes.
