Caramelized Onion Mushroom Tart

Sautéed local mushroom, caramelized onion, and goat cheese. Served in a puff pastry and finished with balsamic vinegar reduction on a bed of greens.

Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Roasted brussels sprout, garlic, red onion, and cranberry with a maple hot honey glaze. Finished with blue cheese and candied pecans.

Stuffed Jalapeño

Bacon wrapped Jalapeño stuffed with peanut butter, cheddar, and roasted garlic. Served with homemade jelly.

Cajun Pigs in a Blanket

Andouille sausage and wagyu hot dog wrapped in a puffed pastry. Served with a bourbon, Cajun mustard sauce.

Homemade squash risotto with blackened shrimp and scallops.

Meatloaf

Mozzarella and provolone stuffed meatloaf with a caramelized onion, mushroom, whiskey gravy. Served with sour cream and garlic mashed potatoes.

Duck Breast & Leg Confit

Pan seared duck breast and slow roasted leg confit with a red chili pear sauce and bourbon brown sugar pear relish. Served over a bleu cheese potato cake.
